2. Игра по сети и чат
Играть по сети и пользоваться чатом можно с 13 лет. В чате и в нике запрещено:
оскорблять, травить и угрожать другим игрокам;
писать о ненависти к людям из-за их происхождения, религии, пола, ориентации или других признаков;
писать непристойности и сексуальные материалы;
делиться своими или чужими личными данными: телефоном, адресом, соцсетями;
размещать ссылки, рекламу, спам;
выдавать себя за других, в том числе за разработчика или администрацию;
использовать ошибки игры и сторонние программы, чтобы получить преимущество или мешать другим.
Чат фильтруется автоматически. На сообщения можно пожаловаться, а сообщения конкретного игрока можно скрыть у себя. За нарушения мы можем удалить сообщения, убрать игрока из комнаты или закрыть ему доступ к игре по сети.
3. Что принадлежит кому
Игра, её код, тексты и оформление принадлежат автору. Сторонние материалы (библиотеки, шрифты, модели персонажей) используются по их лицензиям — список в разделе «Авторы и лицензии». Ваши сообщения в чате остаются вашими; отправляя их, вы разрешаете показывать их игрокам комнаты.
4. Без гарантий
Игра предоставляется «как есть». Мы стараемся, чтобы она работала, но не обещаем, что сервер всегда будет доступен, а партии и сохранения — не потеряются. В пределах, разрешённых законом, мы не отвечаем за ущерб от использования игры.
5. Изменения и закон
Мы можем менять игру и эти правила; новая версия публикуется здесь с новой датой. К правилам применяется право Грузии, если закон вашей страны не даёт вам большей защиты.

2. Online play and chat
Online play and chat are for players aged 13 and over. In the chat and in nicknames it is forbidden to:
insult, harass or threaten other players;
post hate against people because of their origin, religion, gender, orientation or other traits;
post obscene or sexual content;
share your own or other people's personal data: phone numbers, addresses, social media;
post links, advertising or spam;
impersonate others, including the developer or staff;
use bugs or third-party software to gain an advantage or disrupt others.
The chat is filtered automatically. You can report messages and hide a player's messages for yourself. For violations we may delete messages, remove a player from a room or block their access to online play.
3. Ownership
The game, its code, texts and design belong to the author. Third-party materials (libraries, fonts, character models) are used under their licences, listed in Credits and licences. Your chat messages remain yours; by sending them you allow them to be shown to the players in the room.
4. No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We try to keep it working, but we do not promise that the server will always be available or that matches and saves will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the game.
5. Changes and law
We may change the game and these terms; the new version is published here with a new date. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, unless the law of your country gives you more protection.

2. Juego en línea y chat
El juego en línea y el chat son para jugadores de 13 años o más. En el chat y en los apodos está prohibido:

publicar contenido obsceno o sexual;
compartir datos personales propios o ajenos: teléfonos, direcciones, redes sociales;
publicar enlaces, publicidad o spam;
hacerse pasar por otros, incluido el desarrollador o el personal;
usar errores del juego o programas de terceros para obtener ventaja o molestar a otros.
El chat se filtra automáticamente. Puedes denunciar mensajes y ocultar para ti los mensajes de un jugador. Ante infracciones podemos borrar mensajes, sacar a un jugador de una sala o bloquear su acceso al juego en línea.
3. Propiedad
El juego, su código, textos y diseño pertenecen al autor. Los materiales de terceros (bibliotecas, fuentes, modelos de personajes) se usan según sus licencias, enumeradas en Créditos y licencias. Tus mensajes del chat siguen siendo tuyos; al enviarlos permites que se muestren a los jugadores de la sala.
4. Sin garantías
El juego se ofrece «tal cual». Intentamos que funcione, pero no prometemos que el servidor esté siempre disponible ni que las partidas y los guardados nunca se pierdan. En la medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos por daños derivados del uso del juego.
5. Cambios y ley aplicable
Podemos cambiar el juego y estas condiciones; la nueva versión se publica aquí con una nueva fecha. Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley de Georgia, salvo que la ley de tu país te dé más protección.
